ABOUT DAVID
David has spent more than 27 years in the banking industry, with over 17 years focused on commercial lending. Throughout his career, David has worked as a Credit Analyst, Underwriter, Credit Manager, Watch Loan Portfolio Manager, and Director of Commercial Lending. He has overseen all facets of commercial lending, including financial and collateral analysis, new loan requests, annual reviews, loan documentation, policy development, state and federal exams, and the management of analysts, documentation specialists, portfolio managers, and commercial lenders.
Outside of his professional work, David is deeply committed to community service. He serves on the board of the Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative (MHVI) and volunteers with several area nonprofits, including the Kewaskum Food Pantry, Washington Foster Closet, and Rudy’s Pantry. His past involvement includes serving on the Kewaskum Chamber Board, participating in Kiwanis, acting as Cub Scout Treasurer, and serving on both the Washington County Economic Development Corp. Revolving Loan Fund and the Slinger Revolving Loan Fund committees.
Family is central to David’s life. He and his wife, Noel, have two children—Kyle, a Concordia University student studying Forensic Accounting, and Braelyn, a high school student. Their home is also shared with two golden retrievers and their black cat.
In his free time, David enjoys traveling, being outdoors, hunting, golfing, and cheering on Wisconsin’s sports teams. Most of all, he loves spending time with his family and giving back to the community that has given him so much.
EDUCATION
After graduating from high school in 1991, David enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served aboard the USS Saratoga as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (ABH), specializing in Ele Ops on the flight deck. He was honorably discharged in 1999 and later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Concordia University.
CERTIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS
He holds the Certified Credit Executive (CCE) designation from the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) and is also a licensed Wisconsin real estate sales associate.
